After a few years working in the broadcast industry, Courtney decided to pursue a career as a healthcare practitioner. In 2011, she was an honours graduate of Everest College and became a Registered Massage Therapist.
She has extensive training in Swedish massage, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release and joint mobilizations. Throughout her practice Courtney has worked in a number of different settings including multidisciplinary clinics, sports rehabilitation clinics and corporate wellness. She has also volunteered as an RMT at multiple sporting events, including being a member of the medical team for the track and field events during the Pan Am games.

Along with providing high quality therapeutic treatments, she has a strong passion in educating patients in safe and effective home care and remedial exercises. Tailoring each treatment to the individual’s needs is of utmost importance and believes in continuing care and injury prevention when determining treatment plans.
