Every mother’s journey is unique. Our therapists customize each prenatal or postnatal massage to match your stage of pregnancy, physical condition, and comfort level. Using safe positioning and gentle techniques, we target areas of tension and provide lasting relief from discomfort related to pregnancy or postpartum changes.
We take a whole-body approach to pregnancy wellness. Our massage techniques support circulation, posture, and hormonal balance while reducing muscle strain and emotional stress. Postnatal sessions help restore core alignment, support lactation comfort, and speed recovery after delivery.
Our serene clinic provides a calm and nurturing space for expectant and new mothers to rest and recharge. Soft lighting, supportive cushions, and a quiet atmosphere help you unwind completely while receiving expert care from skilled RMTs trained in prenatal and postnatal techniques.
Choose the massage therapy that best fits your needs, from relaxation to rehabilitation, and select your preferred session length for your most effective treatment experience.
Arrive at your own pace and settle into our peaceful lounge. With no receptionist, you can enjoy a calm, uninterrupted start to your massage experience from the moment you walk into the clinic, to the moment you leave.
Your RMT will customize every session to your body’s unique needs, focusing on targeted relief, improved mobility, and overall wellness.
Changes in posture and ligament tension during pregnancy can strain the lower back and pelvis. This treatment gently releases tight muscles to reduce discomfort and improve mobility.
Pregnancy-related instability in the hips and sacroiliac joint can create sharp or achy pain. Targeted techniques help support alignment and ease pressure in these areas.
Fluid retention is common both before and after birth. Massage promotes healthy lymphatic flow to reduce swelling and improve circulation.
Carrying extra weight, breast changes, and feeding positions can overload the upper body. Treatment releases tightness and relieves strain for more comfortable posture.
After delivery, the body undergoes major muscular and postural adjustments. Massage supports healing by relieving tension, improving circulation, and easing postpartum soreness.
Hormonal shifts and physical demands can affect rest and relaxation. Prenatal and postnatal massage helps calm the nervous system for better sleep and reduced stress.

Congrats on the arrival of your little one! As you navigate parenthood, it’s important to prioritize your own well-being, including your physical recovery. Here’s what you can expect and how we’ll tailor the treatments to your postpartum needs.
Before we begin, we'll conduct a thorough assessment to understand your individual needs and any specific areas of discomfort or tension. This may include discussing your birth experience, any lingering physical complaints, and your overall health and wellness goals.
During your massage, we'll ensure you're comfortably positioned to support your postpartum body. This may involve using pillows or bolsters to provide adequate support for areas such as your lower back, hips, and chest. Your comfort is our top priority.
We'll pay special attention to areas of the body that may have experienced increased tension or strain during pregnancy, labour and childbirth. This may include your lower back, hips, shoulders, and neck.
This is why we recommend 5 Step protocol, each focusing on a different component of postpartum recovery. The following is an example outline of what our treatment plan could look like. It’s important to note that all bodies are unique and at MyoCare, we meet you where you’re at. Please contact us if you have any questions, and we’ll be happy to help!
When you book the advanced Prenatal treatment our pregnant clients have the option of using the pregnancy massage pillows. This is a system of padding and bolsters that allow the pregnant person to safely lay in a face down position. This allows the client to fully relax in a safe and supported way. And of course, the treatment can also be performed in the side-lying position.
Kenny Karst, our Advanced Prenatal Massage RMT, has dedicated most of her/they continuing education to learning how to better treat clients throughout their pregnancy, and postpartum healing. These courses have expanded her knowledge of techniques to alleviate common acute injuries and pain, which can occur throughout the pregnancy. Examples of these more advanced treatments include:
