Since we are very busy and reserve time specifically for you, we must have a strict cancelation policy. Full Fee will be charged for missed appointments. Canceled appointments within 24 -12 hours of appointment time will be charged a $25 cancelation fee. Treatments canceled within 12 hours of service will be charged 50% of service cost. Our registered Massage therapists are self employed and last minute cancelations affect their income immensely. Therefore we are very strict with our cancelation policy
